We ask that our agreements are a minimum of six (6) months. After the initial 6-month term, the agreement is month-to-month with a 2-month termination policy, from the last day of the month when notice is given. If you wish to end our agreement, you can email us your cancellation notice which will be effective the last day of the month 2 months from the last day of the month when notice is received. For example, if you send us cancellation notification on June 20th (or any day in June), your agreement will be terminated as of August 31st.

As a thank you to our monthly clients, we offer our regular hourly rate at a 20% discounted rate. Our hourly flat-rate for work outside of the scope of our agreement will be $100 per hour (regularly $125/hour without an active agreement).
